2. List eight listing appointment safety techniques.

3. Conduct a listing appointment with confidence in a safe environment.

4. Name eleven Open House Safety procedures.

5. Determine early if the guest is a threat or a customer.

6. Utilize a cell phone with camera capabilities as a safety tool.

7. List the nine techniques to sell property safely.

8. Explain to customer the importance of meeting at the office.

9. Help create with their broker a secret code to utilize incase of trouble.

10. List five safety tools to use in business.

11. Demonstrate the proper use of pepper spray.

12. Demonstrate the use of a personal alarm.

13. Fill out the Agent ID form, Itinerary Form and Customer ID form.

14. Name five safety tips that could be used by consumers and sales associates.

15. Recall the Mobile Emergency phone number.

16. Register a contact person with the state accessed by their driver’s license.
