Choose this option if you are the Primary Designated Realtor® (Broker of Record) for your firm and joining FCAR as your Primary Association. You would pay the local, national, and state dues through FCAR.

Choose this option if you are the Secondary Designated Realtor® (Broker of Record) for your firm. Secondary membership means that you choose to join an additional board/association other than your primary. For a secondary membership, you would pay the local portion of dues only (your state and national would be paid through your primary board/association).

Choose this option if you are the Primary Designated Realtor® (Broker of Record) for your firm. This is a subscription for real estate brokers to Stellar MLS. This subscription does not include a REALTOR® membership with FCAR. The broker must hold an active membership with an association in Florida.

This is a subscription for real estate agents to Stellar MLS with FCAR as the LSC. This subscription does not include a REALTOR® membership with FCAR. Agent must hold an active membership with an association in Florida. The broker must be active with Stellar MLS.
