Christopher has been involved in the promotion and marketing of more than 20 new construction communities across the Southeast, including several of Palm Coast's most recognized developments, such as Hammock Dunes, Hammock Beach, The Conservatory, Grand Haven, and Palm Coast Plantation. That experience gives him valuable insight into builder strategy, community positioning, and long-term value.

While actively engaged in luxury and branded residences, including The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hammock Dunes, he is equally comfortable assisting clients with traditional residential sales, neighborhood resales, and new construction opportunities throughout Palm Coast. His approach combines market knowledge with advanced technology, leveraging high-level digital marketing, global exposure, and data-driven systems designed to create demand, drive urgency, and support stronger net proceeds. He has developed streamlined processes that guide clients through a smooth, strategic experience while maintaining clear communication and confident negotiation.

Outside of real estate, life revolves around family, travel, and staying active. He is married with a grown daughter, and he and his wife are avid global travelers who like spend time at their home in Asia whenever they can. Closer to home, he enjoys exploring local parks and trails and is an avid cyclist. He also holds a commercial pilot’s license and flies recreationally, and occasionally volunteers for flights to deliver relief and emergency supplies. With a background in music, he still enjoys playing guitar to unwind.
