David P. Petkovsek is a veteran real estate broker, educator, and industry leader serving Flagler County and Northeast Florida for more than three decades. He is the Broker/Owner of Realty Exchange, LLC and a co-owner of Ocean Blue Title Company. David is a licensed Florida real estate broker, a licensed title insurance agent, and a Staff Faculty Instructor with Florida Realtors®, where he teaches continuing education and professional development courses to Realtors® across the state.

Throughout his career, David has personally closed more than 1,500 real estate transactions and has managed or overseen in excess of 10,000 transactions, including residential sales, distressed properties, REO portfolios, and complex negotiated deals. His experience spans multiple market cycles, giving him a practical, risk-aware perspective that emphasizes ethical decision-making, contract mastery, and consumer protection.

David is deeply committed to education, mentorship, and elevating professional standards within the industry. His teaching and leadership focus on empowering Realtors® to build sustainable businesses while serving the public with integrity and competence.

An active member of the Flagler County Association of REALTORS®, David values collaboration, advocacy, and service to the local community, and remains dedicated to strengthening the Realtor® profession throughout Flagler County and beyond.
