***This course meets the FREC Business Ethics requirement for license renewal as well as the NAR biennial Code of Ethics requirement.

CE Reporting Notice: Please check your DBPR record to verify your credits. CE providers have 30 calendar days after course completion to report credits, or 10 business days for courses completed within 30 days before your license renewal deadline (March/September).

CANCELLATION / NO-SHOW POLICY:
By registering for this course, you are reserving a seat and confirming your intent to attend. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your registration through GrowthZone at least two (2) days before the class. No-shows impact our instructors, class planning, food orders, and may prevent another member from attending. We understand emergencies happen and appreciate your cooperation.

FCAR No Refund Policy
Please note that all registrations for FCAR events and classes are non-refundable. Refunds will only be issued if the class or event is canceled by the Flagler County Association of REALTORS® (FCAR).
