I am the broker/owner of Rowan Realty. I have been a full time real estate professional in St. Augustine since 2001 and I have lived in St. Augustine since 1997. I know the real estate business and I know the area very well. I am extremely honest, professional, hard working, I communicate well and always put the interests of my clients first. With 24 years of experience, I have the knowledge to assist you with all of your real estate transactions in St. Johns and Flagler County. My background prior to real estate was in customer service and I earned my bachelor's degree from USF in Tampa. I have been personally investing in real estate since 2003. My geographic area of expertise is Anastasia Island and St. Augustine Beach, which is also where I live.
